FAQ'S

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?

Please write your oldest child's name, homeroom teacher, and grade in the special instructions box when you checkout. A parent volunteer will pack up your order and deliver it to their classroom to be brought home by your child in 3-5 business days.

 

WHEN IS THE STORE OPEN TO SHOP IN PERSON?

The School store is located in the lower school building near the library. The store is open to shop every Wednesday morning from 7:30-9:30 AM - find these times on the CALENDAR tab.

 

WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE SCHOOL STORE?

The School Store is located at the back of the library, accessible through the green doors just down the sidewalk from the Wright Swift Lyle Building. Please park in the front Visitor Parking Lot, and follow the sidewalk to the entrance. *Please do NOT park in the side parking lot by the library as that is reserved faculty parking.


WHEN CAN MY CHILD WEAR THESE ITEMS? 

Fridays are Spirit Days! On Fridays, students may wear: 

  • Harding-branded t-shirts or long-sleeve shirts (team, House, club, event, or class) that are in good repair
  • Regular uniform bottoms 
  • Harding outerwear
  • Uniform shoes
  • Leggings are only allowed under skirts or shorts and must be in the color of white, black, navy or gray
  • Shirts do not have to be tucked in

 

DO I NEED TO BUY P.E. ATTIRE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL?

All middle school students will receive 2 sets of Harding P.E. clothes. Students must wear school issued PE clothes, shorts purchased from the School Store, and any Harding t-shirt.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To return an item, please email the Harding School Store at hpaschoolstore@hardingacademy.us. Include your name, the date of your order, and details about the item you are returning.

Once you've emailed, you can drop off your item at Ms. Bacon in the main office. She will ensure it gets back to the store. We’ll process your return within 7-10 days.

For exchanges, simply order the new item from our online store and follow the return process for the unwanted item. The new item will be delivered to your child’s classroom within 3-5 days. and return the unwanted item following the process above.
